Esto funciona en Uruguay hace años. No sé bien qué opinar, pero si sé que hay gente que pudo acceder a Internet y no hubiera podido de otra forma (e igual no iba a descargar más de 10 gb).

Great, soon we will have additional satellite web access and then these GREEDY SOB"s will go the way of the One Sided newspapers... + If they violate their contracts, then they should be required to repay US for the costs required to replace them... They are making money, so perhaps we should demand a new tax to make up for whatever increase they propose; if Bush ran the FCC then they might have a chance buy with Obama they are SOL... I see this as the first "real" attempt of the Rep. Party to limit web access because it cost them the last election!

"As Phillip Dampier, who runs the Web site StoptheCap.com, put it: "[The cable companies] still think they're right: the problem isn't draconian usage caps, it is that people weren't properly conditioned to accept them first...the OPEC of the Internet will be back by the fall, probably with almost the identical plan they 'shelved' yesterday." We can and should celebrate last month's victory. Public pressure foiled cable's plan for now, but Time Warner Cable - and their telco friends - will soon be back. It's up to us and our elected officials to stop them..."
