jennyfofenny, I agree with you that domain parkers are douchebags... but Google actually has a service for parked domains (and makes a ton of money with it). Google isn't the wonderful company everyone thinks it is.

The plaintiff was just scamming the system for revenue by squatting a domain and putting AdSense on it. Those pages are internet pollution; Google should have pulled his domain from the search results, too. Besides, how are you a customer if you're not paying for anything?
