From the page: "So..... does this work? I have personally, after a few drinks (all in the name of science, mind you) blown into an Intoxilyzer and obtained a reading of .099. That is over the legal limit. About three minutes later, I took my own advice and blew into the Intoxilyzer after three deep breaths. And blew only half of my breath. The result? A breath test reading of .028. There you have it. The 3-2 Rule. You can blow an adequate sample under Florida law, and not allow the police to skew your sample so it looks higher than it really is. Sometimes blowing smart is a lot better than refusing to blow at all."

Good article. If you read the whole thing you would see that this is not how to beat the breathalyzer but how to make sure you get accurate results. I'm sure many of you giving negative reviews have had a beer or glass of wine(or two) with dinner and driven home afterwards(because you were not intoxicated). This article gives you important information to make sure that you are not taken advantage of by skewed results if you're ever hassled by an officer. I don't drink, but I'll be sure to pass this information on to people I know who do. If you really are drunk and should not be behind a wheel this tip will not mask the obvious, it will just insure that the officer doesn't get inflated results.

From the page: "But even with all of this knowledge, the best way to avoid a DUI is not to drink and drive. Period."

People need to read the entire article before they pass judgment.

Try defeating Darwin. Make a tougher law, make a smarter criminal. Thumbs up for the perversity of it all. :)

I have a better idea on how to beat the breathalizer... don't drink and drive! My method is 100% effective. Guaranteed.

Because I trust an author who uses ALL CAPS EMPHASIS in their text and whose statistics don't add up so much more when it comes to such touchy topics...

Just don't drink and drive. Do yourself and everyone around you the favour.

Uh, there's this wonderful thing called not drinking and driving that eliminates the need for shit like this.
