From the page: "How to Design Programs " good programming book that every hobbist coder needs to read: How To Design Programs. If you are a self taught programmer no matter what language you are studying, read this book. The title is pretty self explanatory.

This is designing programs. It's how to program with data structures. Not a single mention of a design document or spec sheet or technical document.
