worthless corporate crap. an intelligent employer knows how to asses a potential employee's potential and few of his decision factors are shown here. giving tips from the prospect of a pseudo-manager, like shown here, is deviating and wrong. don't take any of this serious.

Wow. A total douchebag sets up interviews for a nonexistent job, tapes the prospective "candidates" without their knowledge, posts the results to the Internet without their permission in a way that makes them look ridiculous, for the supposed benefit of...? Stay classy, Internet.

Simple, common sense tips. Useful for people like me who spend a whole bunch of time in front of the machine.

From the page: "What is it that certain people say or do during a job interview that makes them stand out? Why do some people struggle to find work, while others land a job in no time? I wanted to know, and the only way to find out was to experience the interview from the other side of the table. If I could be the one asking the interview questions, not answering, I could see first hand what made candidates stand out. I could then take that knowledge and cater my behavior in any future interview to give myself the best chance of getting hired."

Having gone through a similar process last year, I can SO relate. And the suggestions for the interview are spot-on (except for the cover litter bit - we actually read them and find more useful information in them sometimes than the resume).
