TJTele discovered 8 weeks ago- My Congressman Maurice Hinchey has introduced a Bill that would cap all Credit Card rates at no more than 20% and as far as he is concerned he wants that even lower this is a great effort to address the blatant loan shark rates that will be the second half of the fiscal crisis the Bush administration and Republicans have allowed as well as some corrupt Democrats to eat away like a cancer at our nations economy...well done Congressman Hinchey..you always make us proud..
