    I've been with Helium for over 15 months so far it's been the best paying writers site I've used on the web. You need to get around 50 articles on to make any cash but they continue to make cash while ever anyone is reading them. I've found they pay very promptly and have had no problems with them at all

    I've written several articles, and they're all fairly highly ranked. I've also written a few for the marketplace. No money yet. In fact, one of those marketplace articles has been "in process" for three weeks now. It's good practice I guess, and apparently people actually do read the articles. The problem is that many-and I mean many of those articles look like they were written by third graders. I'm no literary giant, but...

    I can't believe the reviews stating that Helium doesn't pay -- they have already paid out several hundred dollars to me and always pay exactly when they say. It may not be the most lucrative place for professional writers, but I have found it to be a fun community and a good place to learn. If you are interested in increasing your income, focus on the Marketplace, contests, and promotions like the Summer Reward-athon.
