- This page is condescending! And has too many exclaimation points! Which is also condescending! (It has the right idea, but it's all in the delivery... as Leonardo below says: diet, but don't be an asshole. Also, don't be an asshole when giving dieting advice.)

toniks rated 3 months ago- From the page: "Eating fruit and vegetable flavored foods do not provide vitamins and proteins, which are actually available in fresh fruits and vegetables. The only way to get essential vitamins and proteins is to add more fresh fruits and vegetables in your regular diet plan."

LeonardoDaVinci rated 3 months ago- By all means, eat healthy when you can, but by NO means should you be a total asshole while dieting! Case in point, you go to your best friend's birthday party. The fare at these events is usually junk food - you won't find many salads or Jenny Craig-style meals. If you've been good throughout most of the week on your diet, AND you are in the habit of allowing yourself one cheat day, then...DON'T be a jerk and turn your nose up at everything that's being served at the party. Its rude, its elitist, and it makes people not want to invite you anywhere. A few extra carbs here and there won't kill you, or add instant pound to your precious frame. Mostly likely, all it will do is speed up your metabolism a bit, if you don't completely over do it. You can get back to your diet, or better yet, regular healthy eating habits, the day after the party. Same holds for holidays. Take advantage of the skip day, and eat in moderation. You should be okay, unless that one day makes you totally fall off the wagon! In which case, it was going to happen anyway.

- Wow, do Americans really eat doughnuts for breakfast?! They're more of an afternoon tea food for Australians and Brits.
