I guess the answer is easy but hard to do.. We live in such a fast paced world. We need to make sure we set up our lives to be healthy and successful. health should always come first!

What I got out of this article is that I should avoid being lazy, avoid using credit, and avoid fat people, 'cause fat is "socially contagious." I guess that means I shouldn't be friends with the overweight, and focus more on the attractive thinner individuals (just like what society tells me to do anyways), in turn making the overweight more socially outcast and more overweight.
