ColdBlackCoffee discovered 3 months ago- It's supersimple to remember, nothing 's off limits, and it's a snap to do on the go. Just allow yourself 300 calories for breakfast, 400 for lunch, and 500 for dinner, plus two 150-calorie snacks, for a total of 1,500 calories a day.

ryanshyper rated 3 months ago- This is crap - there's almost no protein in this diet. If you eat this you will drop muscle, which is one of the main factors in your metabolic rate - thus you will burn less calories over time...

- 1,500 calories is barely enough for an average person's metabolic rate - meaning the body is likely to go in to starvation mode and not shed any weight. And where's the protein at breakfast???

- Wow, this is the worst "simple diet" you can take. The calorie allowances should be reversed, for starters-- then, it doesn't even put into account sodium or calories from fat.

Buttercup9389688 rated 3 months ago- the simplest diet ever sounds like a starvation diet to me.

luiyuming rated 3 months ago- Sensible diet. I agree mostly with it except for the sugar in th coffee and the low fat granola bar - that is not enough for breakfast! how about scambled eggs without milk or butter on whole grain toast? But I like the dinner plan, sounds yummy but healthy.

ccfre rated 3 months ago- soon i see turkey sandwich thumbs down, I can have it for xmas every ten years or so, but no

feebee62 rated 3 months ago- Simple diet and weight loss solution
