It's supersimple to remember, nothing 's off limits, and it's a snap to do on the go. Just allow yourself 300 calories for breakfast, 400 for lunch, and 500 for dinner, plus two 150-calorie snacks, for a total of 1,500 calories a day.

This is crap - there's almost no protein in this diet. If you eat this you will drop muscle, which is one of the main factors in your metabolic rate - thus you will burn less calories over time...

1,500 calories is barely enough for an average person's metabolic rate - meaning the body is likely to go in to starvation mode and not shed any weight. And where's the protein at breakfast???

Wow, this is the worst "simple diet" you can take. The calorie allowances should be reversed, for starters-- then, it doesn't even put into account sodium or calories from fat.

the simplest diet ever sounds like a starvation diet to me.

Sensible diet. I agree mostly with it except for the sugar in th coffee and the low fat granola bar - that is not enough for breakfast! how about scambled eggs without milk or butter on whole grain toast? But I like the dinner plan, sounds yummy but healthy.
