It is possible to eat healthy and still be obese - look at me. There are no biscuits, crisps, chips burgers, pizza, fried chicken in my life. Pineapple is my luxury food. Nothing is processed, everything even curry is made from scratch with healthy options all the way - wholegrain rice, no oil in the pan etc. etc.
