I love radish and can't eat them. It is possible to eat healthy and still be obese - look at me. There are no biscuits, crisps, chips burgers, pizza, fried chicken in my life. Pineapple is my luxury food. Nothing is processed, everything even curry is made from scratch with healthy options all the way - wholegrain rice, no oil in the pan etc. etc. I exercise at least half and hour a day, my job is strenuous - do lots of walking in it 15000 steps a shift at a good pace too not a meander. When I smoked I was 10 stone but could not walk up a flight of stairs in one go. Now I am like a human rocket rushing everywhere energy to bound but weight gain not loss So eat your superfoods be as healthy as you can but you may not be thin doing it!!!
