Rebounding "It increases the capacity for breathing. It circulates more oxygen to the tissues. It helps combat depression. It helps normalize your blood pressure. It helps prevent cardiovascular disease. It increases the activity of the red bone marrow in the production of red blood cells. It aids lymphatic circulation, as well as blood flow in the veins of the circulatory system. It lowers elevated cholesterol and triglyceride levels. It stimulates the metabolism, thereby reducing the likelihood of obesity. It tones up the glandular system, especially the thyroid to increase its output. It improves coordination throughout the body."

This is hoot... There's a pile of stuff on here that qualifies for a "bad science" award. First up I'll take the bra wearing and breast cancer stats. So wearing a bra gives you breast cancer.eh? The more you wear one the most likely you are to get breast cancer. That would have nothing to do with you being more likely to wear one if you have huge breasts would it? And if you have huge breasts you might be over weight with all those nasty fat cells pumping estrogen into your bloodstream - whihc might just cause your breat tissue some grief. Maybe you live in an industrialised society and are not breast feeding your children for most of your life? Might that have something to do with it? I love this thing on the lymphatic system being stimulated by being on a trampoline. It's got diagrams too. The interesting thing is that all the valves in the lymphatic system are the same way up. They must be. it's the only way to explain it. I'd previously though that plain old movement assisted the lymphatic system but now I know to bounce about on a rebounder or maybe swing upside down for a bit. Now I like trampolines 'cos they are fun - all this being better for you takes the pleasure away somehow. and as for bouncing on one without a bra - just how do I explain away the blackeyes? I sort of noticed these people are scientologists. That explains it a little bit.
