proximal2u rated 4 months ago- TechCrunch recently reviewed the new version of Haute Secure 2.0 and pointed out that it is better than MacAfee Site adviser in many ways. Haute Secure detects, notifies and even blocks malware from a particular web page while Site adviser does not block. It will even search your Google search results for potential malware and will show you the results. Along with the feature of refining search results, it also checks a website through social ratings based on Digg and Del.icio.us. As we merrily stumble along our computers are vulnerable to attacks. This is the first software that offers first-victim protection from malware. It works on Firefox, IE and its free!

- Interesting new product that protects you while surfing. Only Internet explorer version so far. It uses a combination of techniques including site analysis blacklisting and attempts to stop legitimate attempts to install while browsing (content analysis as well). Currently in beta. Decision hasn't being made yet whether to charge or whether a free none time limited version will be release together with a paid version. Restriction of application rights, the screen goes on for 3 more pages More options for sandboxing Some more Site blocking warning
