NOW I KNOW WHY I CONSTANTLY CLEAN MY HOUSE, WHILE LISTENING TO LED ZEPPLIN... ORDER CHINESE TAKE OUT AND DRENCH IT IN LEMON, WASHED DOWN WITH A COLD~ASS BUD LITE, ALL THE WHILE CURSING UP A STORM! ~LMAO~ NO, REALLY, I'M FRIGGIN' SERIOUS DAMMIT!!!

Self-help isn't backed up by actual studies. It's more a silly New Age arena born of willful ignorance. Warm and fuzzy, sure, but not substantial.
