Stumbled May 14th 2009. Seriously, is this really the first time you've ever seen this? I'm sure I've stumbled those exact letter arrangements a hundred times already. And just to nit-pick. It doesn't even follow it's own rules. It omits letters from words, not just a mere rearrangement, eg. ipmorant (Important has 2 T's)

Yeah I hope all of you can read it. But it has been sent around the world in email since its invention. Now it has its own website. Bet i get it in my email in the next week AGAIN.

Yes, this is old but still cool. tsb, anyone can point out the flaws, they are quite apparent. The point is that you can read the word at all with so many jumbled letters.
