- Aww yes! The cocktail of genetics. Odds you will get one thing as opposed to another whether the offsring is human or canine. This page deals w/ labs but it sorta reminds me of what you get with one parent dark auburn, freckles, green eyes & the other olive, almost black dark brunet hair and dark brown-black eyes? My 2 kids--olive, dark brunet/te, brown eyes.
