    I think this article is great for helping people who are just getting started in web design, especially if they are small business people building and maintaining their own sites.

    Yeah, charging for old browser support is a bad idea. I could see maybe doing it in situations like a client asking for Netscape 4 support, which you should advise them against anyways... but IE6? IE6 still has a big enough share that it should be included. Don't nickel-and-dime your customers... that's a bad business practice. [ Pssst... to anyone looking to do business with this guy: come work with my company where we don't push garbage like that on you! ;) ]
