This is a pretty cool idea, putting money in the parking meter and setting up a mini "park" in the spot. Of course, the comments are especially retarded.

The commentators have to calm the fuck down. It was an interesting and creative installation, giving people the chance to slow down and take a deep breath in a little piece of heaven hidden in a hectic world.
