  • Paul Blackburn on life outside after 25 years wrongful imprisonment | UK news | guardian.co.uk

An article on a man in Cornwall and his continuing issues post release from a twenty-five year wrongful imprisonment. The accompanying audio interview elevates the telling of this story to a palpable horror. Honestly, I'd like to buy this guy a cup of coffee and listen to him for a while.

Sad. Justice isn't always fair or just.

In my own way, I feel him on the "lost in this world" bit. But.. 25 years *whistles* and what a set of years it was.

Yeah it's horrific plus it makes me sick either. I try to image what kind of experiment Mr Paul Blackburn had, I can see cleary that it's not swell. But let's be honest, this case wasn't first; we see cases like these anyware in the world. (The ratios may be different, but it happens anyway) And unhapilly this one might not be the last. So, this article made me to think our law system. As residents in this planet, it's possible we've screwed up doing such system like that.

This is horrifying. Why isn't he receiving any help or compensation?
