From the page: " Japanese scientists create mice with no fear of cats" This is bizarre and I don't know why they did it, but it's still pretty cool

Luckily, Realunderdog, humans don't rely on sense of smell (which is the only thing that has been modified in this study) to tell friend from foe. It even stated that as soon as the cat's meowed, the jig was up. I don't see how this should strike fear in our hearts, at all.

Learning to breed a better slave. They just have to work the details out with mice before they move up to humans. Brave new world here we come. Over my dead body.
