Google does it again. They've acquired one of the most innovative services on the planet. I just have a few wishes that would make me actually use it. Until these are fixed though, I can only use it for businesses I'm not interested in talking to. Changes needed:1. An easier way to customize when and where calls go. For example, I don't want my home phone ringing when I'm out (my husband would get really annoyed), and logging on and off to make the switch each and every single time, I ever leave the house, is a pain. A simple SMS with keywords such as "cell only" would be fantastic. I could "can" that message and just send it off. 2. More caller groups are sorely needed. I don't like filing my doctors (for example) under Others as I sometimes ignore calls from Others. I wouldn't want to ignore a call from my doctor, and having to check first to see what setting I have is an annoyance. While I can override individual settings, we have to revert back to #1 here. I wouldn't want it ringing while I'm gone, so it would be tedious making individual changes for each and every important caller, each time I leave the house. I'd never get anywhere! 3. Customize times not to call home, or any phone for that matter. I'm a night nurse. I definitely don't want anyone calling my house from 11p-7a. I also would prefer for people not to call my cell until after 9p because that's when I get free minutes. I would say that this is best for single folks who don't live with anyone and happen to have a job that fits within day hours. It's a great idea and does make a lot of sense, but still needs work.

This is quite possibly the most amazing online service I've used in a while. I remember I felt the same way when I first used Gmail. It's SIMPLE, and it just makes sense. I don't know how I ever lived without it.
