A simple fundraiser for non-profits, especially for non-tech people. The site includes a down-loadable add-on for your web browser so that they can start shopping through the site without having to go to a "starting page". Approved causes are given a percentage of all sales made through the search portal.

I'm going to try this. Not usually a fan of Yahoo, but for ordinary every day searching it's probably just fine.

I wish it were powered by Google, like Hoongle is.

you can set this as your default search engine and earn money for the charity of your choice with every search, pretty cool. Also check your goodshop whenever you want to buy something online

Direct money to the causes you care about. Yahoo-powered shopping for charity. Use it, rate it, send it to your friends.

Searching is now probably the only thing I don\'t use google for, now. Definitely worth donating to my favorite NGO.

A nice way to bring money to charity doing something you already do.
