- It's not a "Best Buy screws customer" story but more a "Cranky bitch who works at Best Buy pisses off customer" story. If anyone wants to get back at a specific Best Buy employee, just ask a manager or customer service for a "customer comment" card. Leave a negative review for them, make a big hassle, and that's a guaranteed writeup for them. Three writeups and they lose their job, simple as that.

- Author needs to use more paragraphs. I hate Best Buy though... They are ridiculous. I'm so thankful RadioShack introduced a video game section in their stores. I'm getting my games over there from now on.
