Definitely not out of bounds. Just like the goalposts, the corner flags are considered part of the field. In order for the ball to be out of bounds it must roll completely over the white lines, which in this case it did not. This is actually a legit move. Beautiful nutmeg.

Neat trick but GIFs work a hell of a lot better when they're played at normal speed (as opposed to slow-mo)
