A great concept for any community or neighborhood. Time-banking is built around the basic concept of earning and spending hours. Everyone has skills, whether they are a medical professional, house painter, cook, etc., and are worth one time dollar per hour. The hours that you earn are stored in a time bank, and can then be redeemed for any service of your choice from any member of the timebank. Companies and organizations as well as individuals can be members of the time bank.
