This gives you some tips on how to shop for groceries on a very low 15-20 or even 30-40 dollars a week. Helps you what to look for and what to avoid because we all know groceries can cost you a fortune. I don't know about the dried milk thing but it might help. This would also be great for college students as well. I say this because you're looking at a soon to be first time college freshman. Yay! I'm looking for as much as I need.

That is a cheap way to buy food. It looks the same but you can eat out too. if you know where to eat and how to spend your money.But to stay healthy is a good idea anyway you can do it.
