- I use this program all the time. I especially love it since the custom brushes plugin. If you're looking for a free alternative to photoshop and aren't happy with the GIMP, I would try this paint.net.

- FINALLY an alternative to GIMP. GIMP is great and all but I find it's disconnected interface rather annoying! Also it crashes quite a bit :(
