    As much as I dislike some of these companies, Starbucks in particular (Buy Local First!), kudos to them for garnering attention as a great employer

    As a B&N employee the "benefits for part-time employees" is misleading. You have to be categorized as 20+ hours a week to be considered "part-time". So 75% of the employees only get around 18 hours a week or less. And then you have to be part-time for a year before you qualify for those benefits. Everything else is accurate. It is an awesome place to work.

    Must keep this list. If I don't get a job at my college's library or bookstore next year, I must work at one of these. I must. Hopefully Barnes and Noble.
