- Today marks the six years since George Harrison passed away. There is a tribute on our front pages today which is quite lovely if you are of a mind to pass by there and remember. I must admit this is still a hard day for me. George was the one who taught me to love gardening, to go on a spiritual journey, and then there is the immeasurable gift of his music. Wherever you are George, you are sorely missed and still loved.

- Overshadowed by his fellow bandmates John Lennon and Paul McCartney, George Harrison nevertheless learned to write his own beautiful songs as a member of The Beatles. Listen to his "While My Guitar Gently Weeps," "Something," "Here Comes The Sun," etc. etc. and you'll hear fantastic songs that equal or surpass those of his fellow bandmates. His solo career gave us such hits as "My Sweet Lord," "Give Me Love (Give Me Peace On Earth)," "Crackerbox Palace" and many other wonderful songs. George was always my favorite Beatle. I hope you find this website to be a wonderful extension of George's beautiful spirit.
