If you can afford that much coffee, you can afford to get yourself a home internet connection. Stay home, You'll get a lot more accomplished. Now that's common sense.

From the page: "Theyâ€ve been called â€oenew Nomadics,” â€oenew Bedouin,” â€oemobile merchants,” and for the top earners, â€oethe kinetic elite.” But to waitresses and baristas everywhere they â€" or we, because yes, at Geekpreneur weâ€re part of the zeitgeist â€" are simply customers. And not very good ones at that."

I usually time my orders 90-120 min apart, unless I am a regular, then I might extend it to about 145min. It also depends if the place overcharges for stuff, and if I order something more expensive than usual. Overall, this is very good advice about doing your work at a cafe.

Basically this is not enough. I hate coming into a cafe in the evening and the room is full of laptop zombies. It's not a cafe anymore it's an office or worse a factory. So DO NOT WORK AT CAFES WHERE PEOPLE WANT TO HAVE A GOOD TIME AT THE EVENING.
