Great advice. There are so many people who think they can do everything better than everyone else. My success comes from delegating tasks to experts on that particular task. Sure it costs some money, but they do a better job than I'd be able to. Plus they've already gone through the learning curve. India has some brilliant people willing to work for next to nothing.
