A must-read article about how social networks have grown so huge in the last year that retailers and large corporations simply can't afford to ignore them anymore. If you are a retailer, it's time to get online and socialize with your customers. The future is evident because of the traffic trends surrounding social networks: socialization between company and customer is what will make sales.
