You know your story's bad when even Wikipedia disputes it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%96tzi_the_Iceman#.22.C3.96tzi.27s_curse.22 "hundreds of people were involved in the recovery of Ötzi and are still involved in studying the body and the artifacts found with it; thus it may not be surprising that a few of them have died since the mummy's discovery."
