Nutzilla rated 14 days ago- The problem is not getting oil, but refining it. There hasn't been a new refinery built in the US in decades and many have been closed down since then. The biggest reason Big Oil refuses to build new ones is because of environmental laws make it expensive. I think that's cop-out now that oil is as high as it is.
