Mpoulos rated 6 weeks ago- Lift weights you fatasses, nothing burns fat like muscle. You don't even need to do cardio unless you want to. But most importantly, EAT RIGHT. This guide may help you lose weight, but as far as a healthier life, I dunno.

DrakeGTA rated 11 months ago- Worked for me...

- As you'll see in the next chapter, people who never get overweight have a mechanism in their bodies that tells them when to eat and when to stop. We who have trouble with weight either seem to have that mechanism broken, or else we're eating too frequently or too much for other reasons; we're eating not because our bodies need the food but to satisfy psychological needs the exposition of which in various bubbleheaded psychobabble diet books has leveled vast forests.

Gravis rated 30 months ago- humorous site but it looks like it was made in 1994.

gurgi rated 31 months ago- ooh, hacker's diet.. lol :)

erintheredbaron rated 39 months ago- An edgy relief to my Weight Watchers blahs. How fun!

eyes-wide-open rated 40 months ago- The Hacker's Diet: how to lose weight and hair through stress and poor nutrition.

Duster rated 42 months ago- Some of his nutrition "advice" is just flat wrong, but may be good shock therapy for engineers. I actually really like the excel sheets for tracking weight log with automatic macros to do trend charts etc are quite nice, especially for free.
