There is no such thing as a muscled geek. All men with muscles lack chest hair. Your height will change inexplicably during this process. I'm just not interested, and I'm annoyed by some of the cliche "before and after" gimmicks used. The pictures should have been chosen with a little more care to the variance in height.

So with 3 minute breaks between exercises, this means you only do about 9 mins of actual workout, and 21 mins of rest?
