- Most Realtors don't know their product. Don't assume that a sales agent knows more than you, even if you've only spent 2 hours researching. The real estate agents that I've encountered have the intelligence of a bread crumb. OUCH!

Then I tried buying "For Sale by Owner" and found out what real crooks are like. I will never buy without an agent again, I'll just have to be a little smarter dealing with one.
