This is complete BS. Only real way to tell is to look at the hair. Even if it was a brain test, when the hair goes left to right it's going anti clockwise and right to left, it's going clockwise. That won't change whatever hand you write with/side of brain is active...

Focus on listening to music with your eyes closed, open them = clockwise. Focus on reading and understanding the paragraph below it = counter-clockwise. Try it.
