The forums can be overwhelming, but -- if you RTFF and ask questions respectfully -- people are likely to bend over backwards to help you.

- A very good forum for frequent flyers, also has a staff section, so getting advice about complaints is also quite handy at times.

- It's ok... A lot of arrogance on the forums though. Many of the posters' lives revolve around airline and hotel reward programs and their "status" therein
