Thumbs up for the 53 lb Grouper fillet! BTW, w4nn4b3, since you appealed to "nature" in order to lend credibility to your opinion I just thought I'd remind you that human beings, "southern rednecks" included, are another "work of nature". There's nothing wrong with omnivorous mammals killing a big fish and eating it. It's perfectly natural.

I just want to know how he brought it into the boat. Medical student lands Louisiana State Record 359 lb Grouper Thibodaux , Louisiana 13-Nov-2007 [JP]: A medical student has caught a record-setting fish - a Warsaw grouper weighing 359.1 pounds. The giant hauled in by J.J. Tabor of Thibodaux is 12 ounces above the previous Louisiana state record, a state biologist confirmed. "It's been cut down to fillets. The first fillet weighed 53 pounds," Tabor said. He caught it near an oil rig 70 miles south of Port Fourchon, in 400 feet of water, but won't give a more specific description. "It's J.J.'s secret," said Joey Rodrigue, a friend from Baton Rouge who joined Tabor and Tabor's father, John, on the record-making trip. "I don't even know where I was. He blindfolds us on the way out."
