It's nice to stumble a health/nutrition page that isn't bullshit for once.

@RandomAmber: Diary is not bad for anyone, assuming that they ingest good quality dairy. The so-called studies linking dairy products to different problems have consistently ignored the quality of the dairy itself, which is a very grave oversight.
