tknab2 rated 4 months ago- This is an awesome website for the dieter on a budget. Nobody really needs weight watchers with this site. I lost 20 pounds in 3 months of dieting. The first 16 pounds came off in the first 2 months. Logging everything on fitday makes you conscious of what you are eating. Although many said I was not fat before, I was overweight according to the mayo clinic's bmi calculator. Now, I have more energy. I eat better, and my exercise routine is more focused.

mda1125 rated 11 months ago- Truthfully, this is what I tell all my clients to use because it's free, online so you can get to it anywhere, and it's pretty darn accurate. You can add custom foods. You should KNOW what you are eating, the percentages and be able to see the ratios to understand what changes you might need to make. It's great for maintaining weight, gaining weight and losing fat. I really like it a lot. Used frequently.
