If you can't stand the trolls get out of the 4chan. Or something like that.

If the authorities can't peg the lady with normal non-psychotic interpretation of the law then the bitch deserves to walk. I'm sure intentionally singling out and driving a 13 year old that you know to suicide might have some more reasonable law to try someone someone instead of myspace terms of use violations... Anyhow, don't you think the parents are more responsible? Why don't they put the parents on the stake, if we're looking for scapegoats? Sure the parents might get some cathartic pleasure for being able to fully shift the blame on someone else instead of everyone involved, but that does not change reality.

If someone commits suicide, they have, by definition, died by their own hand. It doesn't matter whether someone called them names. They must be held responsible for their own actions. When you commit suicide, it's no one's fault but your own.

Really, really, old news.

Kenny, thumbing this article down doesn't make the law go away. Better to at least be informed about the law, even if you disagree.

That said, I agree that this law is bullshit. It's all well and good to encourage politeness, but making it a felony is ridiculously excessive.
