 MrPritcher rated 22 months ago- This fictionpress.com may be what I'm looking for if they work the bugs out. It started out looking pretty good, a nice clean, easy to navigate site. I soon ran into some deal breaking issues however. For now, it won't even let me register, I tried twice with Firefox 2.0 and once with IE 7. The help and FAQ page is down and I don't see any contact information. I looked through some of the posts of people asking for help and the only responses I really saw were, "Chill Out", "Be Patient", etc... and some were dated a month or more ago. Patience indeed.If I can manage to get registered and upload I'll probably change my vote. It seems a very nice site and much more straight forward and readily accessible than writing.com is. I'll have to check in on it again sometime.

- FictionPress is a large online collection of (mostly) short stories and poetry by many different writers. Its a great idea but flawed by a limited search engine in my opinion. Filters for age and word count would be helpful.
