usury lawz were repealed by 1980 legislation. this piece of legislation did incredible damage. a few terrible pointz: it made sure young familiez would not have affordable houzing or a credit card w/sane interest ratez. b4 it waz enacted, a person had 12% tops. now we got 19% and counting. small banks have lost their power. and all banks r forced 2 comply w/a rogue agency who most likely murdered abe lincoln since he hated theze m*f*z. but they weazled their way in when they got rid of taft 2 install their yes-man named HOOVER so they could do their nasty bidding. worse yet- this agency haz more power than any us prez...and they know it, they evn laugh about it.
