I have used Audiograbber, CDex, dBpowerAmp, foobar2000, Asunder, Grip, K3B, Audio Transcoder, Easy CD-DA Extractor, iTunes, & Musicmatch Jukebox but my preference is still Exact Audio Copy (EAC).
