    Or, another thing you could do, if you trust your attorney explicitly, is have her close for you while you cool your heels at your favorite library. Have her go to both closings, as a matter of fact, if you're selling AND buying!

    I have an Escrow and Title Insurance sales background (among other things) so this was an interesting read, one thing to note is that the closing table is different in every state.

    What a great idea to let people know about what to expect at closing. It is really not that scary.. but still. It's good to know.
