    I agree, some are simple tips, but others could be more time consuming. I"ll get right to it though, doesn't hurt to try. I'm all about giving my all into whatever I do.

    I love how a lot of the review comments go along the lines of, "good list, I should do that," or "good list, I should do that, one of these days..." Yes, it is a good list and we should do that, starting now.

    Great reminders - but the one about the roofers/chimney sweep is kind of random. Sounds like a personal experience. Then again - one of my worst investments was a vacuum cleaner, sold by a door to door guy. So, there you go.
