bringatoweltoo rated 8 weeks ago- I'll admit there are some similarities between the situation in Iraq and the debacle that was Vietnam. Neither should ever have happened. But to say that the current situation "was certain to be more disastrous than Vietnam" is just sensationalist and wrong. The numbers aren't even in the same ballpark, and I don't think we're going to see the draft get fired up again for this one. Yes, it's an atrocity. That should be enough to describe it without having to over-hype it as OMG THE WORST THING TO HAPPEN EVAR. I'm glad to see it spoken out against, but just a shred of context would be nice.

- well wezersfairy, I believe this "convoluted logic" is a democratic strategy known as liberalism. Liberalism is these days in America is basically socialism, you might be unable to comprehend this bullshit because no one can truly understand why anyone would agree with an ideology that has been proven wrong throughout the course of history, thankfully however democrates are able to disguise this bullsh*t by calling it something else (liberalism) and making young dumasses think they're being "progressive" by being one.

- It blows my mind that any American would see anything different. It saddens me that people believe the bullshit that the bush admin is hawking.
