Very useful resource for when arguing about which beverage carries the most caffeinated kick. To this day the strongest caffeine hit I've tried was Upshot, with it's low fluid ounces & 200mg caffeine intake. Too strong for me,& gave me a head ache. I'll stick with Starbucks Double Shot Espresso and Cream in a can with 130mg caff in 6.5 fluid ounces

Sweet! I actually need this! I'm addicted to caffeine as it is, so maybe this will help me to diminish my intake per day. Let's hope.
